We want you to be a fully satisfied customer.  Therefore, we offer a NO RISK, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  This means if you are not completely satisfied with your products obtained from this site, simply return them within 30 days of receipt and we will replace, make an exchange, or credit your credit card...all part of our NO-RISK, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  We simply ask that the returned products be in like-new condition.

SAFE ORDERING GUARANTEE

Our website uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input, to maintain the highest level of security.  We guarantee that your credit card information will be safe when you order products from our website.  Please note that email is not encrypted and is not a safe and secure way to transmit credit card numbers or other confidential information.

PAYMENTS

When paying for the shipping and order processing charges, you must pay with an approved credit card.  We do not accept payment by check or money order.  Once you register your credit card with SmartKidz Bookstore, you may use the same credit card for ordering future products.  If you want to update the credit card on your account, you'll find instructions in the HELP section.

If your credit card is approved, your card will be charged at the time of purchase.  Once an order is approved for payment, we have no way in which to alter the credit card amount or make changes.  If for any reason you want to change or cancel the order, you will need to apply for a credit by emailing Customer Service at customerservice@smartkidzbookstore.com.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES

We do not accept personal or business checks for payment.  We only accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

INACCURATE INFORMATION / ERRORS & OMISSIONS

While we use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website, some information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, incomplete or non-current information.  Such inaccurate information may relate to the description of the product or its availability.  We reserve the right to correct all such mistakes at any time, without notice.  SmartKidz Bookstore makes no warranties or representations as to the information found on our website nor do we assume any liability or responsibility for any errors in the content on the site.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience such errors might cause you.


Should a product be listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
